At Skagerak we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. That naturally also applies if a Skagerak design contrary to expectation breaks and the need for claim handling arises. In order to make your claim handling as efficient as possible, just fill in the below information and press the “Submit” button to complete your request. By doing so your form is sent directly to our customer service, which, as soon as all information is enclosed, will assess and process your claim.

Claim policy

We offer up to a 5-year guarantee on our furniture and 2 years on our home accessories. The above guarantee does not cover damage caused by negligence or default. For minor claims or defects a repair or replacement of spare parts will be done. Skagerak may at times also suggest credit note compensation. For items that have exceeded the guarantee period, we offer repair and/or spare parts at a reasonable rate.

Items may only be returned for repair/replacement if a return number has been issued by Skagerak Customer Service. Skagerak does not accept returns without prior approval and a return number.

We aim to respond to all claims within 5 business days. If we are unable to resolve the claim within this period, we will inform you of the progress of the claim.
